In this workshop, The Sprout Studio will provide actionable and inspiring future insights to help a company’s team translate them into innovative and meaningful retail customer experiences. The goal is learn how to design more immersive, captivating and memorable customer journeys based on the principle of ‘story-living’ (story-telling is no longer enough!): an emotional journey through a constellation of online and offline touchpoints to discover and, above all, "live" the brand universe. The workshop will kick off with a trends’ presentation with relevant information about the future of society and the market, with a focus on emerging behaviors, values and demands that will influence people's decision-making process in the next 3 years. Participants will be asked to reflect on the insights presented to define a series of useful design criteria to strategically guide the ideation of new services and experiences. Using proprietary tools - the ‘Retail Experience Constellation Map’ and the ‘Customer Journey Map’ - The Sprout experts will facilitate a creative session to encourage the design of exciting yet concrete solutions for the client’s customers.
